Delivery and Returns

We have partnered with NINJA VAN PHILIPPINES as our logistics partner. Currently, we can ship nationwide. Once payment is confirmed, we will process the item within 1-2 business days then course it through NINJA VAN for delivery. We will be sending a unique tracking code through your email for you to track your order. For Metro Manila orders, it will usually take 3-5 working days while for provincial orders, 5-7 working days.

Although it is our priority to fulfill your orders at the said period of time, due to unforseen circumstances and events beyond our control, we might expect delays on delivery/shipping. However, should you want to follow up on your order if delivery surpassed the time period specified, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Since we have outsourced our delivery service, once the item is dispatched and a tracking number has been given to you, the delivery address can’t be changed. However, if the item is still being procesed and a tracking number hasn’t been provided yet, you can still change your address in your Account page. Once the item is on its way, there will be someone who will be informing you of the delivery through the contact number your provided. Should there be no one to accept the order, a failed delivery will be sent to you and the rider will attempt to go back the following day.

Through NINJA VAN PHILIPPINES, we allow for Cash on Delivery. If you will not be physically present to claim your item on the scheduled date of delivery, you can authorize someone to claim the parcel on your behalf provided that he/she show a copy of your valid ID, the valid ID of the authorized recipient, an authorization letter that allows for him/her to claim the parcel and of course, the payment. But if you already paid through credit card or bank deposit, you can just authorize anyone to claim your parcel without an authorization letter and valid ID. Failure to provide the necessary documents can result in failed deliveries.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Here at nextjeans.ph, we want you to have a pleasant online shopping experience. Should you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will gladly allow for returns and refunds or exchanges subject to the following:

  • If the item is damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged item through our email and it will go through quality assessment first. Once the damage is verified, then you can send the item back to us and we can either send the same item, change the item or refund your payment through your preferred mode. We might request for the item to be delivered back to us if we cannot verify the damage through the photo submitted. Should the item not pass our quality check, then we will send the item back to you.
  • If the item delivered is wrong, please send us a picture of the wrong item through our email and once verified that the item received is not the item ordered, then you can send the item back to us and we will deliver the right item to you
