When will I receive my order?

After payment confirmation, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a unique tracking code, which you can use to track your parcel. We will then send it through our logistics partner, NINJA VAN PHILIPPINES, for delivery.

  • Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
  • Provincial: 5-7 business days
How much is the shipping fee?

For Metro Manila, it is 80 pesos

For outside Metro Manila, it is 120 pesos

However, we have an on-going promotion wherein if you reach 1000 pesos on your total order, you get 10 pesos shipping fee!

Do you ship internationally

We would love to but unfortunately, we only ship within the Philippines.

Can I change my order?

Yes you can. Just email us for this and we will respond to you as soon as we can. However, since we have outsourced our delivery service, once we have already provided you with the tracking number, it means that the item is already transferred to our courier and so no changes may push through. See SHIPPING & RETURNS for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. Just email us for this and we will respond to you as soon as we can. However, since we have outsourced our delivery service, once we have already provided you with the tracking number, it means that the item is already transferred to our courier so you cant cancel it anymore.

We allow for the following payment gateways. Please note that all payments are charged in Philippine Peso.

I received a damaged item/wrong item, what will I do?

Here at NEXT, we want you to have a pleasant online shopping experience. Should you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will gladly allow for returns and refund subject to the following:

  • If the item is damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged item through our email and it will go through quality assessment first. Once the damage is verified, then you can send the item back to us and we can either send the same item, change the item or refund your payment through your preferred mode. We might request for the item to be delivered back to us if we cannot verify the damage through the photo submitted. Should the item not pass our quality check, then we will send the item back to you.
  • If the item delivered is wrong, please send us a picture of the wrong item through our email and once verified that the item received is not the item ordered, then you can send the item back to us and we will deliver the right item to you.

I want to change my delivery address; how can I do that?

Easy. Just go to your account, change your delivery address.

However, since we have outsourced our delivery service, once the item is dispatched and a tracking number has been given to you, the delivery address can’t be changed. However, if the item is still being procesed and a tracking number hasn’t been provided yet, you can still change your address in your Account page.

Is it safe to use my credit card in your website?

Yes but we’re still working on it! Stay tuned!

I tried the tracking code but it didn’t show anything

One reason for this is that the tracking code isn’t updated yet since it is still being prepared by the courier. Give it another day and then let us know through our email if it still doesn’t show anything.

How to create an account?

Just click My Account and then under Register, please provide a working email address. This is because your order confirmation and tracking code will all be sent here. Plus, it will be easier to shop next time!

How do I know if an item is available?

You can check if an item is available once you are able to click on the size and quantity you want without seeing the “out of stock” note.

How to use a discount/coupon code?

Once you are ready to purchase the items, go to the checkout page to finalize the items in your cart. You will then see a space where you can add a coupon code. Fill it up with the coupon code and click “Apply Coupon”. If the coupon code is valid, it will automatically show the changes in the cart total. If the coupon is invalid or expired, it won’t show any updates in the cart total. Please try another coupon code.
